The University College of North Wales was opened in 六合彩资料铁算盘 on the 18th October, 1884. With this event the hopes and aspirations of many since the days of Owain Glyn D诺r for a University in north Wales were realised. With fifty eight students this was the beginning of the journey for one of the important institutions in the area. Today, there are well over 11,000 students here from all corners of the world benefitting from the strong Welsh tradition that believes in the value of education for all the people.
In this exhibition we give a glimpse of the rich history of the University for the last 140 years. From the great mass of material held by the University鈥檚 own Archives, a selection of representative and evocative examples has been made to illustrate the life and work of the past and present students and staff.
